SSC CHSL Eligibility criteria 2021

Education qualification for SSC CHSL: The candidates must have completed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

SSC CHSL Age Limit: The candidates should have the age limit 18-27 years for general candidates as on 01.01.2021. Permissible age relaxation applicable for reserved candidates. The relaxation rules as follows;

  • For SC/ST age relaxation is : 5 years
  • For OBC age relaxation is : 3 years
  • PH age relaxation is : 10 years
  • For PH+OBC age relaxation is : 13 years
  • For PH+SC/ST age relaxation is : 15 years

SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam pattern

Written Exam Test (Tier I):

General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude & General Awareness, English Language.

200 questions (50 questions from each 4 sections) and total marks 200 with 120 minutes time duration of the exam

For every incorrect answer, the aspirants will get a deduction of 0.25 marks.

SSC Tier II Exam:

In Tier II Exam, the exam pattern is as followed below;

  • General Intelligence & Reasoning: 50 marks
  • General Awareness: 50 marks
  • English Language: 50 Marks (Essay and Letter Writing)
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 marks.

Total marks for Tier II exam is 100

Total duration of the Tier 2 exam is 60 minutes for general candidates. However, the visually handicapped students will get 80 minutes to complete the tests.

Language of the examination: Hindi/ English.

SSC CHSL 2021 Admit card

The registered candidates can download SSC CHSL admit card right before four days of the written exam date of the individual candidates. The SSC CHSL exam dates scheduled from 12th April to 27th April 2021 for Tier 1 examination. The candidates without the admit card will not allowed to the exam center. The exam center for the aspirants will be allowed as they preferred in the application form. There is no requests to change exam venue will allowed. The authority suggests the candidates to download admit cards early as the server may show busy text in last day.
